Requirements and Qualifications:
- 7 - 10 years minimum experience in the set-up and operation of CNC Lathes and Mills. At least 5 - 7 years’ experience in the manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and the know how to interpret prints
- Ability to manufacture parts, safely, consistently, within standards, and profitably
- A very high attention to detail and able to work in a team environment, on various projects at one time, and meet self-imposed deadlines
- Ability to read blueprints/solid models and update paperwork neatly and accurately
- Ability to read and communicate extremely effectively in English
- Proficiency in the use of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, GO / NO GO gages, etc. ·
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as supervisor
