Dentist - Partnership/Ownership Track

I4Dentallab is seeking a skilled Dentist with a Partnership/Ownership Track to join a busy, patient-focused practice in Aubrey, TX. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collaborative environment with strong earning potential and a clear path to partnership and practice ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Perform restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive care procedures
• Communicate treatment options and recommendations clearly to patients
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and laboratory partners to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
• Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience as a General Dentist
• Active Texas dental license required
• Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general dentistry procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:
