We are seeking an experienced Rendering Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a 24/7 industrial processing facility. The ideal candidate will have direct rendering industry experience, strong maintenance expertise, and a proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and troubleshoot failures.
• Manage maintenance budgets, safety compliance, and capital projects.
• Provide on-call leadership support for a 24/7 operation.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 3–5 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Direct rendering industry experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Willingness to provide on-call support as needed.
