Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Monitor customer accounts for payment discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing processes and improve cash flow.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain organized records of all accounts receivable transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Quick books
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, Bookeeping preferred.
