What You’ll Do:**
???? Set up & operate 3–5 axis CNC milling machines
???? Read blueprints & technical drawings
???? Perform setups, tool changes & calibration
???? Monitor operations for quality & efficiency
???? Troubleshoot & maintain CNC mills
???? Collaborate with a skilled team
✔ 5+ years CNC Mill Operator experience (Aerospace preferred)
✔ Ability to read blueprints & technical docs
✔ Familiarity with CNC programming
✔ Attention to detail & problem-solving skills
✔ U.S. Person status required
