Founded to create a profitable path for revitalizing American manufacturing, Re:Build combines complementary business lines to reach a wide spectrum of markets. Our acquired companies are rooted in build‑to‑print and by‑the‑hour engineering/design services, and together we progress to sophisticated program development, production, and proprietary product creation. We excel at highly complex systems and products and offer services from product/systems design and automation to fabrication, assembly, and high‑volume contract manufacturing. Our customers span aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.
You start by reviewing the day’s work orders and engineering drawings, then prepare molds and materials for layup. Through the morning you place plies precisely, complete secondary bonding with epoxies and resins, and set up vacuum bagging. After cure, you move to precision trimming and cutting, verify hole locations from the drawing package, and drill to spec. Jigs, fixtures, and molds guide your assemblies while you keep your station orderly and safe. Quality checks punctuate each step—measuring, inspecting, and documenting any discrepancies. Throughout the day, you collaborate with engineers and quality inspectors to refine processes and ensure every aerospace component meets requirements.
Be part of a company determined to positively impact the industries—and the communities—where we operate. Every employee at Re:Build participates in ownership and shares in the financial rewards created by our collective success, at every level of the company.
