CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in Davenport, IA. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes offer regular weekly home time, a competitive weekly paycheck, and a comprehensive benefits package from day one. This position is intended for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full operational support in their trucking career.

  • Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities.

  • Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
  • Schedule & equipment: Midwest regional routes with regular weekly home time. Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
  • Minimum qualifications: Valid CDL‑A. Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required. Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices. Ability to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and a pre‑employment drug test.
