CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training
365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in Melbourne, Florida, for a paid mentor program designed to help new drivers build the skills and experience needed for a successful career in trucking.
You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of the job beyond CDL school. After successfully completing the training program, you will transition into your own truck and may earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do During Training
You will ride with an experienced driver who will help you build the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. Training will include:
- Safe driving and trip planning
- Pickups and deliveries
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communication with dispatch
- The day-to-day responsibilities of an over-the-road driver
After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition into your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.
