Picture this: A priority run kicks off tonight in Jonesboro, AR. You manage the changeover, confirm the first‑article with your micrometer and calipers, and keep the press humming with minimal downtime. That’s the impact you’ll make on our second‑shift team.

Schedule & Differential

  • 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM (4/10s)
  • $2.00/hour shift differential

Core responsibilities

  • Set up and operate punch and stamping presses for production runs
  • Diagnose mechanical problems and restore equipment performance quickly
  • Use precision measurement tools to verify features and tolerances
  • Translate blueprints into accurate machine setups and quality outcomes
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work area
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization
  • Assist with tool, die, and mold setups to improve changeover speed
  • Operate a forklift when needed for materials and tooling moves

Qualifications

  • Experience working in manufacturing environments
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Background in machine setups for repeatable production
  • Understanding of tool/die/mold setup techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
  • Skilled with calipers and micrometers
  • Team‑oriented, improvement‑minded approach
