10-4 Logistics USA, headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming, is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our dedicated fleet. This full-time position is based at our distribution center in Aurora, Colorado, and offers predictable schedules, modern equipment, paid orientation, and opportunities for advancement.
Role summary:
- Dedicated local and regional routes originating from Aurora, CO, with deliveries throughout Colorado, Wyoming and eastern Utah.
- Mixed freight types including refrigerated loads; combination of live load/unload and drop-and-hook assignments.
- Multiple stops per run, averaging approximately 13 stops per week.
- Operations are 24/7 with experienced dispatch support.
Schedule and home time:
- Local drivers: home daily with occasional overnight runs during peak periods.
- Regional drivers: weekly home time with a guaranteed 34-hour reset; occasional runs may include stops through the home area during the week.
- Regional drivers must secure designated parking for assigned trucks; company policy does not permit regional tractors to be taken home.
Equipment and safety:
- Modern 2025 tractors with automatic transmissions and refrigerated trailers as required by route.
- No-touch freight opportunities are available; safe material-handling awareness and adherence to load-securement procedures are required when applicable.
Compensation and benefits:
- Average weekly pay: $1,450–$1,600 (direct deposit).
- Stop pay: $17 per stop.
- Detention pay: $24 per hour after 2 hours, up to $150.
- Winter Mountain Driving Bonus: $5,000 total paid November through March (not applicable to local drivers).

Primary responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT, state and company regulations.
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries to meet on‑time performance targets.
- Perform and document pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; submit DVIRs and trip reports as required.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers and maintenance personnel.
- Adhere to company safety policies, load‑securement procedures and designated parking requirements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
- Minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor‑trailer experience within the past year.
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Able to pass DOT physical examination and pre‑employment drug screening.
- Reliable personal transportation; regional drivers must have access to a parking facility (regional trucks are not taken home).
- Professional communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
