Picture your night: you clock in at 9 pm, greet your teammates, and step up to a rubber molding cell. You set the pace, monitor the press, check parts for quality, trim to spec, and keep production flowing. By 5 am, you’ve hit the targets together—and that shared win feels great.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a full-time teammate for 3rd shift who’s ready to learn, contribute, and take pride in consistently producing high-quality molded parts.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and oversee rubber molding equipment throughout your shift
• Inspect parts, trim as needed, and maintain quality standards
• Track output and collaborate with your team to meet production goals
• Keep a safe, organized work area

About You

• Reliable and team-focused—people know they can count on you
• Detail-driven with a commitment to doing the job right
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for the duration of the shift
• Machine operation experience is helpful; injection molding exposure is even better. We’ll teach you the rest if you bring the right attitude.

Pay, Schedule, and Benefits

• Starting pay: $20.00/hr plus a $2.00/hr premium for 3rd shift
• Potential raises throughout your first year, plus a year-end production bonus
• Weekly paychecks and voluntary overtime opportunities

Skills That Set You Up for Success

• Comfort with shop math
• Experience with injection molding or related manufacturing is a plus
