Precision Wire Processing Operator

Picture your day: you arrive at 8:00 AM, review detailed work orders, and set up cutting, slitting, and crimping machines to exact customer specifications. You verify measurements, run controlled batches, spot-check parts for accuracy, and log results. Throughout the day you keep your station orderly, make small adjustments to keep output on spec, and collaborate with teammates to hit production goals—wrapping up at 5:00 PM with precise records and a safe, clean workspace.

What you will handle

• Operate wire processing equipment, including cutting, slitting, and crimping machines
• Interpret and execute work orders and production instructions
• Measure and cut wire to customer specifications
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machines for accuracy and throughput
• Inspect finished parts for quality and conformance
• Record measurements and production data with accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Safely handle and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Pitch in with additional production tasks as needed

What you bring

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience required
• Hands-on familiarity with wire cutters, slitting machines, or crimping equipment preferred
• Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions
• Confident with measurements using a ruler and other tools
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and basic math skills
• Dependable, Monday–Friday availability
• Must successfully pass a ruler and math assessment

Schedule & pay

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• $25.00/hr.
