- Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per practical mile, including loaded and empty miles.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover pay and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.

Route and equipment
- Predictable schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.

Qualifications and requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Driving record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record and active U.S. Department of Transportation medical card.
- Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor is available, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
