We're hiring an experienced HVAC Installer with a strong mechanical background. Whether you're a seasoned commercial installer or a residential pro ready to transition to commercial work, this long-term role rewards performance and reliability across multiple projects.

What You'll Build and Bring Online

• Install and set rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, and VRF systems
• Perform start-up and commissioning for new HVAC equipment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems when issues arise
• Replace key components such as compressors and control boards
• Complete preventative and corrective maintenance on existing systems
• Deliver code-compliant, safe installs that meet industry standards
• Coordinate clearly with project managers and teammates

What It Takes

• 5+ years of HVAC experience
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage start-up/commissioning tasks
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Personal basic hand tools

Compensation
