CDL-A Truck Driver - Dedicated Round Trips

We are hiring experienced CDL‑A drivers based in Shreveport, Louisiana, for a specialized fleet transporting ATVs from a well‑known manufacturer to its dealerships. This role is suited to skilled drivers seeking structured freight, consistent mileage, newer equipment, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

• Compensation

  • Weekly average: $1,730–$1,923
  • Annual average: $90,000–$100,000
  • Typical mileage: 2,400–2,500+ miles per week
  • Top drivers average: 12,000 miles per month
  • Sign‑on bonus: $6,000 (total)

• Load profile

  • All loads are round trip
  • Pickups are by appointment
  • Most drivers complete about two loads per week
  • Loads generally include 2–4 total stops
  • Loads typically carry approximately 8 units
  • Additional pay: stop pay $75; ranger pay per load $12; securement pay per vehicle $12

• Equipment

  • Automatic transmissions
  • Fleet includes Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths
  • Trucks are three years old or newer
  • All trucks equipped with APUs and inverters
