Core Responsibilities
- Assemble and help produce a range of products according to work instructions and specifications.
- Operate manufacturing machinery and related equipment safely, efficiently, and in sequence.
- Conduct in-process and final quality checks to verify products meet established standards.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for the next task.
- Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Identify and promptly report equipment issues, defects, or malfunctions to supervisors.
Your Background
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or other physically demanding work is a plus.
- Comfort lifting heavy items and standing for long stretches.
- Keen eye for detail and a true commitment to product quality.
- Clear communicator with strong teamwork skills.
- Curious and adaptable—eager to learn new processes and tools.
- Basic familiarity with shop-floor safety and best practices.
