Build What Matters at Reading Truck

We’re expanding our fabrication team and looking for a technician who thrives on precision, teamwork, and safe, efficient production.

Your Mission

• Run and set up core equipment: press brake, laser, and presses to transform raw material into spec-perfect parts.
• Execute finishing and machining tasks: drilling, tapping, sanding, and operating a punch press.
• Complete required setups and first-piece inspections before moving to full runs.
• Collaborate with teammates on schedules and changeovers; escalate defects or suspect materials immediately.
• Support uptime by maintaining, testing, and repairing electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.

What Sets You Up for Success

• Hands-on experience operating production machinery
• Solid basic math and computer know-how
• Confident using a tape measure to verify tolerances

Pay and Differentials

• $1.00 increase after 90 days
• $3.00 shift differential for 2nd shift
• $2.00 shift differential for 3rd shift
