Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Lead Technician

Step into the Lead Role That Keeps the Night Shift Moving

At Holland Sharpe, we’re adding an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Lead Technician to guide our night-crew. If you love solving complex mechanical and electrical problems and enjoy leading others, this role puts you at the center of safe, efficient production.

A Night in the Role

7:00 PM: You huddle with production to prioritize work, then assign tasks to the maintenance team. Throughout the night, you tackle advanced troubleshooting on 3-phase motors, pumps, valves, gas-fired ovens, and presses. You read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics with confidence, support PMs, and step in with MIG or Stick welding when needed. You coordinate work, enforce LOTO, reduce downtime, and serve as the go-to contact between production and maintenance. As issues resolve, you document work, coach techs, and plan the next shift’s priorities.
