Remote Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in support of clients in the San Jose, California area. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their interactions with our company. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping resolve questions, providing updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally.

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist clients with account-related requests, updates, and general support needs
  • Provide clear communication and accurate information to clients
  • Help resolve issues by identifying solutions and following through until completion
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Ensure a positive and seamless client experience at all times
