Key responsibilities
- Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess life insurance, health insurance, and retirement planning needs.
- Develop and present tailored insurance solutions and product recommendations that align with clients’ financial goals.
- Manage leads, conduct timely follow-up, and convert prospects into clients (training and lead-management support provided).
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Provide ongoing client service, policy reviews, and support to foster long-term relationships and retention.
- Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and licensing requirements for insurance agents.
