What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor electrical apprentices across varied industrial automation projects.
• Model and enforce safety procedures and uncompromising quality standards.
• Coordinate schedules and deliverables with foremen and project managers to hit targets.
• Diagnose electrical issues and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Coach teammates on best practices and proven electrical techniques.
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting, shifting priorities as projects evolve.
• Travel to project sites across the country as needs arise.

What you need

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license in any state.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute within a team.
• Basic understanding of control systems preferred—training provided for the right candidate.
• Curiosity and drive to grow in industrial automation.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments.
