Are you at your best when wiring clean, accurate terminations and proving out I/O during commissioning? Do you enjoy making complex automation systems work—end to end? If so, this data center project needs your skills.

The challenge

  • Own precise terminations at control panels, junction boxes, and field devices
  • Install and wire instrumentation: flow meters, temperature sensors, pressure transmitters, control valves, and monitoring devices
  • Translate drawings into action: electrical schematics, loop drawings, P&IDs, control panel drawings, wiring diagrams
  • Support commissioning of HVAC, cooling systems, process monitoring, and building automation integration
  • Perform point-to-point checks and loop verification to validate signals
  • Diagnose and correct wiring faults, communication issues, and signal discrepancies
  • Confirm device operation during startup and commissioning
  • Assist Siemens PLC integration and field I/O checkout
  • Partner with engineers and commissioning teams to resolve punch-list items
  • Capture redlines and document field changes for engineering
  • Uphold project quality and safety standards in every task

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 3+ years in an I&C technician role with strong field device termination
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs and Siemens controls platforms
  • Proven loop-check and commissioning support background
  • Fluent in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Industrial instrumentation calibration and troubleshooting proficiency
  • Knowledge of low-voltage control systems
  • Preference for backgrounds in industrial, mission-critical, or data center settings

  • Location: Litchfield Park, AZ
  • Employment Type: Contract
  • Compensation: $32–$36/hr DOE
  • Work Week: Guaranteed 60-hour work weeks with 20 hours OT guaranteed weekly
