Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs of various departments.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Maintain training materials and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
• Support new employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

• 2+ years of experience in training and development or a similar role.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using training software and tools, including LMS platforms.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications in training or instructional design are a plus.

• Ability to support 2nd or 3rd shift as needed
