CDL Truck Driver – Recent Grads Welcome

Overview: 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in Tampa, FL. Candidates with limited or no professional driving experience are encouraged to apply through a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily serving the Eastern U.S. The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, late-model equipment, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

Training program (for candidates with limited or no experience):

• Paid three‑ to five‑week training for recent CDL school graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours).
• Training includes safe tractor‑trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections, and company procedures.
• Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments.

Typical duties:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and follow required maintenance reporting procedures.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Location: Positions are based in Tampa, FL, with routes and home‑time schedules varying by fleet assignment (OTR, regional, or dedicated).

Training eligibility: Candidates who are recent CDL school graduates with at least 120 hours of instruction may qualify for the paid training program; drivers with existing Class A CDL and experience are also considered for current openings.
