Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Natchitoches, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with routes primarily east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package. Modern trucks and full benefits begin on day one. We hire experienced drivers and also accept recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

Typical day on the job:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations
• Haul no-touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop-and-hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Who we are looking for:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates with at least 120 hours of instruction are eligible for the paid training program
• Satisfactory driving record and strong safety focus
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test
