CDL-A Truck Driver - Dedicated Round Trips

Position based in Topeka, Kansas. We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated fleet transporting ATVs from a major manufacturer to dealership locations. This opportunity is suited to experienced drivers seeking structured freight, consistent mileage, newer equipment, and a compensation package that includes weekly earnings, load-based pay, a sign-on bonus, and full benefits.

  • Weekly average: $1,730–$1,923
  • Annual average: $90,000–$100,000
  • Typical mileage: 2,400–2,500+ miles per week
  • Top drivers average 12,000 miles per month
  • Sign-on bonus: $6,000 total
• Load profile
  • All loads are round trip
  • Pickup is by appointment
  • Most drivers complete about 2 loads per week
  • Loads generally include 2–4 total stops
  • Typical load carries 8 units
• Additional pay
  • Stop pay: $75 per stop
  • Ranger pay: $75 per load
  • Securement pay: $12 per vehicle
• Equipment
  • Fleet includes automatic Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths
  • All trucks are three years old or newer
  • All trucks equipped with APUs and inverters

• Qualifications
  • Valid CDL-A
  • At least 12 months of driving experience within the last 3 years
