About the OpportunityTekPro is a direct-hire recruiting firm partnered with leading manufacturing companies to connect skilled talent with top-tier opportunities. We are currently seeking CNC Operators and Machinists for a well-established, high-performing manufacturing facility in Hanover Park.
What You’ll Do
Operate and/or set up CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency
Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed
Inspect parts using standard measuring tools
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For
Experience operating or setting up CNC machines
Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable and able to work a consistent 2nd shift schedule
Machining experience in a production environment preferred
