Core responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues across production machinery, material handling systems, and facility infrastructure
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance routines to minimize downtime
• Identify and repair problems involving hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, conveyors, and PLC-driven/automation equipment
• Complete work orders, record findings and repairs, and communicate progress to supervisory staff
• Use schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals to guide decisions and verify correct configurations
• Assist with new equipment installations, execute machine changeovers, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Apply strict safety practices, including proper lockout/tagout procedures
