Operations Intern (Internship → Full-Time)

About the Role

Join a pre-seed healthtech startup based in Berlin that is transforming preventive health through comprehensive lab testing and personalized health data. This is a hands-on, high-ownership internship (3–6 months, paid) with a clear path to convert into a full-time Operations role for the right candidate. You'll be working on-site in Berlin, Monday–Friday, embedded in a small, fast-moving team.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain internal operations tooling using platforms such as Notion, Linear, and Airtable
  • Design and implement workflow automations (n8n, Make, Zapier) and Python scripts to streamline recurring processes
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships across Europe, including lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturers
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience — onboarding, blood draw scheduling, results delivery, and retention workflows
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and ship solutions quickly with a bias for action
  • Communicate with German-speaking clinics, partners, and customers on a daily basis

What We're Looking For

  • Native German proficiency and fluent English — mandatory for daily partner and customer communication
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field
  • Pursuing or recently graduated from a rigorous degree program (engineering, business, life sciences, computer science, or similar)
  • Practical experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make, and comfort writing Python scripts
  • Experience building internal ops tooling with Notion, Linear, and/or Airtable
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Owner mindset: you move fast, take initiative, and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • Genuine enthusiasm for preventive health and longevity

Compensation & Benefits

  • Paid internship with a salary range of €30,000–€36,000 EUR annually (pro-rated for internship period)
  • Clear conversion pathway to a full-time Operations role upon successful completion of the internship
  • Work directly with the founding team and gain broad operational ownership from day one

Location

  • Berlin, Germany — fully on-site, Monday through Friday
  • Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must already be eligible to work in Germany
