**Job Overview: **
We are seeking a hands-on Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support safety, compliance, and environmental programs within a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be a partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure safe work practices, reduce risk, and strengthen safety culture across the facility.

Deliver safety training including:- Lockout/Tagout
Engage employees in safety initiatives, committees, and continuous improvement efforts
Risk Reduction & Continuous Improvement:
Partner with operations to identify hazards associated with:- Plastics processing equipment
Support implementation of engineering and administrative safety controls
Track safety metrics and support improvement initiatives
Emergency Preparedness:
Assist with emergency response planning including:- Fire safety
Support drills and emergency response teams
