Must Haves

• 3-5 years of production leadership experience within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment (not food&bev, pharma, med device)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 10–15 production employees to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety objectives are consistently met.

• Coordinate staffing and daily production activities while fostering a positive, productive work environment.

• Provide training, coaching, and development to employees and key production team members to improve performance and operational effectiveness.

• Utilize HRIS systems for timekeeping, PTO tracking, and documentation of employee performance and disciplinary actions.

• Provide clear communication, leadership, and technical guidance to production personnel while addressing issues that may impact productivity, quality, or safety.
