Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with their requests and provide professional support.

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and other communication channels.

• Identify customers' needs and provide clear and accurate information.

• Coordinate roadside assistance when required.

• Support customers professionally and calmly, including in urgent situations.

• Accurately record customer interactions in the internal systems.

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent level Italian (C1-C2).

• Good command of English (B2) for training and internal communication.

• Junior profiles and freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Previous Customer Service experience is not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented, patient and solution-focused attitude.

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

• Availability to work in a rotating shift environment.
