What your day looks like
- Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and customer specs to plan each build.
- Assemble custom test fixtures, rack-mount cabinets, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Use hand and power tools confidently and inspect your work for precision and accuracy.
Pay, location, and schedules
- Pay Rate: $19–$22/hour (based on experience & shift)
- Location: Richardson, TX
- 1st Shift (Mon–Thu): 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift (Mon–Thu): 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Weekend Shift (Fri–Sun): 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you bring
- Experience: 6+ months in mechanical assembly.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (required & verified).
- Skills: Detail-focused, computer-literate, collaborative.
- Physical: Comfortable standing, handling materials, and performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
