Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your Class A CDL and are ready to build on your training. We are seeking CDL school graduates based in Springfield, MA, to join our expanding Northeast fleet serving Massachusetts and the broader New England region. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid every Friday
• Paid training for a full month

Position details

• Predictable regional routes serving Massachusetts and the New England area
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver (no slip seating)
• 24/7 support from dispatch
• Home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program

• Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction qualify for the paid training program
• Work with an experienced mentor
• Emphasis on safety and performance to build the experience needed to advance

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
