Machine Operator

Position Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for running and monitoring molding machines, checking product quality, and keeping the work area clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor molding machines as assigned (may handle multiple machines).
• Check products regularly for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Report any problems or defects to a supervisor.
• Separate acceptable and defective products.
• Grind excess material and check equipment as needed.
• Label and package finished products.
• Clean machines, conveyors, and work areas.
• Keep the workspace neat, organized, and safe.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Additional Duties

• Assist with basic assembly or inspection tasks when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
