Senior Palantir Foundry Developer - Ontology & Pipelines

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Palantir Foundry Developer to own ontology design and pipeline engineering for a contract engagement. The customer needs a senior IC who can work independently on the platform. Nashville, TN area preferred; fully remote considered for the right candidate.

What You'll Own

• Foundry Ontology design: object types, link types, properties, action types, functions, and role-based access.
• Code Repository pipeline development: PySpark/Python/SQL transforms, incremental processing, SCD logic, schema drift detection.
• Workshop application delivery: object tables, action forms, map views, writeback workflows.
• AIP integration: LLM agents, natural language actions on Ontology objects.
• Foundry Expectations and embedded data quality frameworks.
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting platform adoption.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years total data engineering experience, ideally with 3+ years in Palantir Foundry production environments
• Familiarity with Foundry modules such as Code Repositories, Ontology Manager, Workshop, AIP, Contour, Quiver, or OSDK
• Experience leading stakeholder sessions, driving platform design decisions, or mentoring others
• US work authorized, no sponsorship available for this engagement
