Material Handler

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, time and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement and management of materials within our facility. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to meet Production goals 80% or higher

  • Data entry into CTDI systems via PC

  • Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels.

  • Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production.

  • Data entry to CTDI systems via PC.

  • Perform tasks in a high speed, high volume environment.

  • Ability to meet or exceed daily production goals at 80% or higher.

  • Put away and pull equipment and/or parts.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work station.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.

  • Organize and store materials in designated areas to ensure easy access and inventory accuracy.

  • Utilize forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products safely.

  • Prepare and package materials for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

  • Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in material handling or warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred) is also a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) safely.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
