Pioneer Agency is a fast-growing insurance agency providing life, health, and retirement solutions to individuals and families. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. No prior licensing is required; full support through the licensing process and comprehensive training are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and develop tailored recommendations.
- Present and explain a range of insurance products, including life, health, and retirement solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-up and service.
- Manage and prioritize leads; conduct outreach and follow-up using company-provided systems (training provided).
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Meet individual performance objectives and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- No prior insurance experience or license required; training provided. Prior sales or client-service experience is a plus but not required.
Work Location & Schedule:
