Inventory Kitting Specialist – Fulfillment Operations

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring in the Richardson, TX area. We’re partnering with an industry leader to add skilled Inventory Kitting Specialists who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and learning on the job.

Role snapshot

• Pay: $19/hr (1st) | $20.90/hr (2nd) | $21.85/hr (3rd)
• Shifts (OT available):
  • 7:00am – 3:30pm (Mon–Fri)
  • 3:00pm – 11:30pm (Mon–Fri)
  • 11:00pm – 7:30am (Sun–Thurs)

Core responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and stock raw materials in production and shipping areas
• Keep counts precise; manage packaging, rotation, part IDs, and shelf life
• Sort, inspect, and verify warranty status for returned goods
• Record accurate inventory transactions for all receipts and deliveries
• Assemble, configure, and pack upgrade kits for outbound delivery

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required and will have to be verified (copy must be provided).
• Prefer 6–12+ months of material handling experience (training provided)
• Able to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting
