Make the Road Your Workplace
Imagine starting your next assignment on a bustling commercial job site, anywhere in the U.S. For 6–8 weeks, you’ll be the go-to pro who keeps materials moving and installations on track—then you’ll enjoy a weekend back home before heading to the next project. This is a full-time, traveling field role with True Up Companies where your organization, safety mindset, and reliability make a visible impact every day.
What a Typical Assignment Looks Like
Morning: verify the day’s deliveries against packing slips and bills of lading, reconcile counts, and flag any shortages or damage. Midday: stage materials so crews never wait, prep work areas, and lend a hand to experienced technicians on installation and maintenance tasks—safely operating basic hand and power tools under supervision. Afternoon: update inventory records, document site progress and issues, tidy staging areas, and collaborate with the team to hit milestones.
