Your Core Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment to support scheduled production.
• Interpret blueprints/technical drawings to determine specs, sequence, and fit-up.
• Perform MIG welding to fabricate metal parts and assemblies.
• Inspect finished work for quality and specification compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work cell.
• Collaborate with teammates to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Assist with diagnosing weld and equipment issues as needed.

Schedule & Compensation

Prefer evenings? We also offer a 2nd shift welding position with a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts) for added flexibility.

Offer: Hourly rate plus a 20% shift premium.
