### Become a Key Player as a Warehouse Associate
You will support on-site warehouse operations that ensure timely receipt, handling, and shipment of freight for the client. You’ll work with receiving/shipping teams, carriers, and internal logistics coordinators to maintain accurate inventory and damage-free handling. This role is Onsite.
### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Shrink wrap pallets using a shrink-wrap machine and shrink-wrap poles.
- Offload and load vehicles, trailers, and ocean containers; perform manual handling and palletization.
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and hand jacks to move product safely.
- Match paperwork with freight, prepare outbound loads, label shipments, and verify Bills of Lading.
- Stage and organize cargo within the warehouse; use booking-in sheets or the Warehouse Management System.
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Execute site-specific procedures (bond checks, DFT procedures, bonded import handling) and report discrepancies or damages.
- Pick, pack, and support inventory reporting/stock checks per client-specific SOPs.
### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand/walk for long periods and frequently bend, twist, reach.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically.
- Comfortable performing manual handling and following safety procedures.
### Here's What Else Might Help You Out
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or freight-forwarding experience.
- Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders.
- Ability to work flexible hours and/or days.
- Ability to speak Spanish.

$17.71/hour
