Entry-Level CDL-A Regional Driver - Paid Training

You earned your CDL-A. Now you need a carrier willing to help you turn it into a career.

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes. Qualified graduates receive 3-5 weeks of paid training, followed by steady freight, regular weekly home time, and an assigned late-model truck.

This is a stable driving position paying $1,600-$1,800 per week.

A Strong First CDL-A Job

  • $1,600-$1,800 per week
  • Direct deposit every Friday

Training for Qualified CDL Graduates

If you completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction, you may qualify for the paid 3-5 week training program. You will have support from an operations team focused on helping new drivers become safe, productive professionals.

To Qualify

You must have a valid CDL-A, a satisfactory driving record, and the ability to meet DOT hiring requirements. Applicants must also pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
