Sr. Salesforce Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team!

Multiple Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Chief Architect and other members of the Delivery Team to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits),

• Gather requirements independently or as a team to carry out Business Analysis to understand the customer’s issues and processes in depth.

• Lead Kick-Off meetings or Business Process Reviews (BPRs) to understand the customer’s issues and processes in depth and drive excitement for the project.

• Design solutions utilizing various approaches such as declarative or programmatic automation, custom architecture, and data relationship models within Salesforce.

• Understand what the “Big Picture” is when building solution design or roadmaps with our customers.

• Communicate honestly and effectively with our customers and foster a positive relationship.

• Drive excitement within our customers for features and functionality being built as part of projects.

• High amount of stakeholder management, acting as the clients’ escalation point.

• Identify, define, and create KPI’s for customers that will empower them to see their business’s health, goals, and vision.

• Oversee, drive, and lead project deployments with project team members.

• Guide and coach fellow project team members.

• Aid the Revenue Department when an advisor needs to gather/validate a potential client’s requirements with multiple Salesforce products and complex integrations.

Experience

At least three years of consulting experience is required in the following areas:

• Sales Cloud

• Service Cloud

• CPQ

Qualifications:

• Passion for the wonderful world of Salesforce

• Ability to speak with customers, engage with them, and create a positive experience for them.

• Ability to complete projects and project tasks on time.

• 3 or more years in Salesforce consulting roles

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a close-knit team

• Have a “get-it-done” attitude

• Ability to problem-solve with integrity

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Certifications:

• Required:

  • Sales Cloud Consultant

  • CPQ Specialist

• Preferred:

  • Service Cloud Consultant
