Deburrer – 1st Shift

Location: Elk River, MN 55330

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Deburrer to join our team, specializing in small medical parts. This hands-on role involves deburring metal or plastic components to ensure high-quality standards for medical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deburr small metal or plastic medical parts through drilling, chamfering, smoothing, and other processes.

• Set up, adjust, and change machines based on job requirements.

• Repair and/or replace components such as cylinders and air lines using hand tools.

• Keep track of inventory for machined parts and cutting tools.

• Ensure all work meets quality standards required in the medical device industry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 2 years of deburring experience (medical parts or relevant schooling preferred).

• Ability to read blueprints and tool instructions for precise work.

• Knowledge of medical-industry part cleanliness and quality standards.
