The heart of global supply chains beats within our offices, and as a Freight Coordination Specialist, you will be at its pulse, supporting logistics operations vital to CANPACK's success. You'll oversee reports, verify vendor transactions, and efficiently liaise with our transportation providers.
Your Daily Impact
- Ensure flawless logistics process adherence—maintaining detailed SAP documentation.
- Facilitate smooth freight scheduling and take corrective measures as needed
- Support team endeavors through thorough communication and information management.
- Apply your keen eye for detail in checking and approving invoice accuracy.
- Craft insightful reports to support operational decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- At least five years in the transportation/logistics sphere is ideal.
- Robust computer skills, and experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication to maintain team synergy.
- Organized, detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple tasks seamlessly.
The Physical Side
The role requires the physical capability to handle weights up to 25 lbs, and you'll engage in tasks demanding various motions like standing, sitting, and reaching.
