Start with the essentials
- Location: Onsite; fully site based.
- Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; overtime and weekend availability.
- Comp: Up to $20.68/hr with a guaranteed increase after 3 months.
- Attendance: Perfect attendance bonus up to 2 additional days off and $1000.00.
What you’ll tackle
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes/mills; secure the right tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
- Calculate dimensions and tolerances; validate with micrometers and calipers.
- Author and refine Standard Work sheets to lock in repeatable, high‑quality results.
- Use the 5 Why Process to drive root‑cause fixes; partner with engineering and supervisors when needed.
- Assemble/align parts for blowers, pumps, and boosters per Standard Work and engineering docs; check clearances, lubrication, and cooling.
- Keep equipment at peak performance: rework damaged parts when feasible, consult Bills of Material, and clean/lube machines.
Bring your qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Stand out with
- 2+ years of assembly and/or CNC machining experience.
- Ability to interpret blueprints with GD&T.
- Skill in determining and entering offsets using basic math.
- Capacity to regularly walk and stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

- Production/process understanding—materials, workflows, quality, and cost.
- Math fundamentals (arithmetic, algebra).
- Operation monitoring; operation and control.
- Quality control analysis and troubleshooting.
