Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

Position based in Natchitoches, LA. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers for OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with most routes running east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package. We hire experienced drivers and also consider recent CDL school graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction for a paid training program.

• Compensation: Earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday. Exact pay varies based on experience and route assignment.
• Paid training: Fully paid three- to five-week program for new graduates who meet the training hours requirement.
• Bonuses: Safety and performance bonus opportunities available.
• Home time: Weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment.
• Equipment: Assigned late-model 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.

Typical duties include:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop-and-hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experienced drivers are welcome; recent graduates with at least 120 hours of CDL instruction are considered for paid training.
• Satisfactory driving record and strong focus on safety.
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
