Re:Build’s mission is to make the next generation of essential products at scale in America. We are rebuilding the nation’s manufacturing base and creating meaningful jobs across the country — including in communities that have experienced deindustrialization. Our advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform partners with industrial companies and innovators from first concept through full-rate production across aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy and environment, and robotics and automation.

The way we work is guided by The Re:Build Way — 16 principles for how we collaborate with teammates, customers, suppliers, and our communities. Explore The Re:Build Way.

A day in the life

Morning: You kick off with the Purchasing team, reviewing demand signals and supplier commits in SyteLine. You coach buyers on sourcing decisions, approve POs, and tune procurement parameters so the ERP remains the single source of truth. You check on import paperwork in flight, confirm tariff classifications, and align with our customs broker on an inbound shipment.

Midday: On the floor with Shipping & Receiving, you verify dock-to-stock readiness, coordinate receiving inspection with Quality, and spot-check documentation for outbound orders to meet customer and production commitments. You review kitting progress against the production schedule and step in to remove blockers so complete, accurate kits reach the line on time.

Afternoon: A quick huddle with Warehouse and Production to triage cycle-count variances and drive root-cause/corrective actions. You meet a supplier to negotiate terms, delivery performance, and quality requirements, then update the ASL to AS9100 standards. Before close, you sync with the ecommerce team on inventory availability and fulfillment timing.

What you will own
