Care Assistant

About Us:

Responsibilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
•  Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with co-workers and patients
• Ability to problem solve and de-escalate crisis situations
• Previous care experience
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

• Computer literacy and ability to conduct data entry
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a good team player

• The sensitivity and energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating and varied lifestyle for the patients

• A genuine desire to make a real difference in people’s lives

• Ability to provide personal care 
• A strong, flexible mental aptitude and an ability to cope with the physical demands of the role

• NVQ level 2 in a relevant care setting is preferable but not essential

Requirements:
- DBS 

- Experience in care work. 

- Right to work 

- 2 references

Benefits:
£9.80 hourly rate
